Dr. Kristine Kupcha
I recently relocated from Vermont and am licensed as a mental health counselor in South Carolina and Vermont. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Education and my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Johnson State College in Vermont. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in the Advanced Studies in Human Behavior. I have been working in mental health for over 12 years and have experience working with older adolescents, adults, couples and the geriatric population struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health issues. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, recovery oriented cognitive therapy and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
I take a holistic approach to treatment while remaining client centered, working together to support positive change. I work with clients to develop a plan to improve quality of life and make the changes they want to make. A healthy mind is a key element to a healthy life.
